This is my (real-time) rental property spreadsheet. I currently own three rental properties (10 units total). I haven’t been into turn key rentals yet, as I manage all my investments, at one level or another.

More properties to come soon. Note that RP#1 is a single unit, RP#2 has 3 units and RP#3 has 6 units. In total, I own 10 units. I expect to increase the number of units to 15 by the end of the year.

Note: I have other deals in my radar. Right now, my credit score is not the best one so I am probably acquiring RP#4 in 2017. As I also said in a recent post, I will stop buying Real Estate until the market crashes again.
